All New Honda Accord For European Markets
Honda has stepped up to the plate with an all new Honda Accord saloon and Tourer both of which are to be pegged at the premium D-segment. With more flowing lines and a sportier, athletic feel, the new cars are not only better designed but are also compliant with the strict Euro 5 emission guidelines which are to be implemented after September 2009.
All this has been done with no compromise on quality and performance. With the latest piezoelectric multi-stage fuel injection technology, the cars also have higher torque and power with output 10 PS greater at 150 PS/ 110 kW at 4000 rpm. The Accord also has increased agility, a lower centre of gravity, a wider track and multilink suspension with variable rate dumpers leading to a more sporty drive. With a better safety package, and premium interior trimmings, and more comfortable seating, the new features ensure an exciting end product with a glimpse of better things to come.
