Aston Martin to use unique design language for revival of Lagonda Marque
Dr. Ulrich Bez, the chief executive officer of Aston Martin, in a statement, declared his resolve to revive Lagonda Marque.
Aston Martin, one of the most reliable and authentic brands, builds sportscars by combining craftsmanship with technology.
Dr. Bez announced that it would launch the Rapide sportscar with four doors next year, followed by the most spectacular Aston Martin project ‘one 77’. He went on to add that Aston Martin was currently available in 32 countries and would restrict its penetration to the sportscar market. He claimed that their investigation had led to the decision of Lagonda brand’s revival, which would facilitate development of cars that could offer perfect synergy by being different from a sportscar in character.
Dr. Bez is confident that by offering versatile and luxurious products of high quality usability and suitability for existing and emerging markets, Aston Martin could spread its wings to more than 100 countries in the world. He asserts that Aston would take successful elements of the past but would be more future oriented. A unique design language will be used in building of Lagonda.
Lagonda will celebrate its 100th birthday by showing the first concept of a car which would be on sale in 2012, as confirmed by Dr. Bez.
