Astra GTC
I’m a big fan of the Astra Sports hatch because I think looks really good and by all accounts it handles pretty well so, for what is basically a 3 door versions of a family hatch back, it’s an all round good car.
This is probably proven by how many you see on the roads today but that’s just the proof in the pudding I suppose.
Anyway, as Vauxhall’s latest Astra has been a around for a year now so it’s almost time for them to release the next reincarnation of the 3 door Astra. This time is codenamed the GTC and it looks just as impressive as it’s predecessor.
You’ll get to choose from a 1.4-litre petrol engines producing 117bhp and 137bhp, a 1.6-litre turbo producing 175 bhp and a 2.0-litre diesel with 160bhp and 280lb ft of torque.
They’ll also be a VXR version available next year if you want even more power.
I think I might have to add this to my wish list!
