Kia Motors launches service plan to help customers
Seeing the customers’ plight due to rising costs, Kia Motors has evolved a plan to spread servicing cost with a low cost monthly payment.
The new Kia Service Plan offers choice of a time frame and monthly amount, which a customer will be able to afford. A customer could opt for a Direct Debit for 36 months and fixed monthly fee of approximately £15. This would eliminate surprises at the time of settling bills.
The facility would not only be available to the buyers of new vehicles but also for the older Kias. There will not be a bar on taking Service Plan at any time, even for Kia purchases made over a year ago.
According to Kia Motors (UK) Limited’s after sales Director, Hamish McCowan, the plan is the perfect solution for cash strapped customers. He commented that Direct Debit has been widely availed by people already and introducing the same for servicing was going to make things easier for the customers without compromising on the quality of service.
He further explained that there was no catch since customers could tailor the plan to suit their requirements. This is supported by the fact the Direct Debit price is fixed for a period decided by the customer. He commented that the plan not only provided protection against inflation but also took away all the worries of servicing the vehicle.
