Renault Scenic revised for 2009
The compact Renault Scenic, revised for 2009 model year is expected to continue its leadership in style and practicality. A new special edition is also being introduced to attract retail buyers Renault Scenic revised for 2009.
The three-model scenic range is given front end face lift with black headlight surrounds and chrome-effect grille. Apart from revised styling, a major change to the 2009 model range is the launch of ‘Team’, a special edition to replace Extreme and Expression trim levels.
The new versions Scenic five–seat and Grand Scenic seven-seat are priced at £14,495 onwards on the road. With more equipment and entry price matching to out-going Extreme, ‘Team’ would be a good value for money.
The ‘Team’ boasts Gallic style on the outside with metallic paint and door handles in satin chrome finish. The interior is equipped with leather steering wheel, electric windows, automatic handbrake, RDS CD-radio and air conditioning. Dark grey upholstery and charcoal cabin finish add glamour to the interior.
Dynamique and Dynamique S are provided across all three models. Dynamique adds 16” alloy wheels, front fog lamps, speed limiter, category 1 alarm and cruise control. Dynamique S offers climate control, automatic wipers and lights, extra tinted windows and sliding centre console.
The buyers are given four option packs - City Pack, Comfort Pack, Convenience Pack and handling Pack, to equip their models.
Orders for Scenic 2009 range would be booked from October while deliveries would begin in November 2008.
