The European ultra rare Koenigsegg CCXR Edition car arriving in the UK
October 30 will be the day that the 1018BPH Koenigsegg CCXR Edition makes its debut in the UK. The car is faster than the Bugatti Veyron but costs twice as much.
This ultra rare, bio-fuelled car would make the debut at MPH The Prestige and Performance Motor Show at London’s Earls Court.
The carbon fibre bodied car accelerates to 62mph in 2.9 seconds to a top speed of 254mph. This 4.8 litre V8 Koenigsegg CCXR Edition from the Swedish manufacturer is the latest addition to a long list of super cars. But the ultra rare car could be yours for a cool £1.5 million, although its bio-fuel and eco-friendly design would save on congestion charges.
Also debuting at the MPH show will be the Italian-made Pagani Zonda F Carbon. This 7.3 litre V12 650BHP carbon fibre car accelerates to 62mph within 3.6 seconds to a top speed of 214mph. This equally stunning car can cope with uneven roads with a lifting system, features carbon ceramic brakes and racing exhaust.
Visitors to MPH event would be the first people to see 200 of the fastest cars alongside these super cars. The super car festival would run between 30October to November 2 at Earl’s Court London and later move to NEC, Birmingham between November13 to 16.
